Under the above contract the Supplier has to guarantee to the Purchaser the
fulfilment of his contractual obligations.
The undersigned .... (hereinafter called "the Bank") hereby undertakes as the
joint and several guarantor of the Supplier to pay to the Purchaser an amount
not exceeding. SFr. ... (in words: Swiss Francs ...) so far as it is proved that
claims have accrued to the Purchaser against the Supplier on account of
non-fulfilment of any contractual obligations. The benefit of the Guarantee may
be validly claimed only if, before expiration thereof, an appropriate written or
telegraphic declaration from the
Purchaser is received by the Bank.
The present Guarantee is subject to Swiss law.
